Columbia, MO – Heart of Missouri United Way, an organization fighting for the health, education and financial stability of every person in every community, has hired Pavel “Pasha” Pukovski as the Database Manager.

Pasha will oversee and lead internal efforts to fully integrate Salesforce customer relationship management software across all areas of Heart of Missouri United Way and the online donation system GoodWorld. He will also cultivate relationships with all accounts, organizing and managing external workplace fundraising campaigns to encourage increased participation and giving.

“I’m excited to give back to the community that gave me a warm welcome 2 years ago when I came to the United States,” said Pasha.

He previously worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri and a Community Impact Intern at Heart of Missouri United Way. Pasha strives to help develop and serve his community. He has volunteered at organizations such as Greater Chattanooga Area American Red Cross and Boys & Girls Club of America.

Pasha recently graduated from the University of Missouri with his Master of Public Administration degree. He previously earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Resource Management from Belarusian State University.
