Strategic Plan
The current Heart of Missouri United Way strategic plan was developed with members of the Board of Directors and Senior Staff in July 2025. While we review this plan and achievements towards the plan on a regular basis, it was created as a 3 ½ year plan, to carry us until the end of 2029.
