Impact Areas

Heart of Missouri United Way addresses the four key targets that contribute to poverty: lack of access to education, health, financial stability and basic needs/safety net services. This approach is known as the community impact model. Together, with the caring help of our local partner agencies and generous donors, United Way helps improve academic success, workforce readiness, financial literacy, healthy lifestyles and access to clothing, food and shelter of those in need right here in our local community.
