ELIGIBILITY FOR HMUW GRANTS/FUNDING: 

Organizations must be a Certified Partner and must have submitted their application for Certification or participated in Certification Renewal by OCTOBER 31, 2017. To view resources and requirements click here.
 
Organizations must submit a Letter of Intent by the date listed below in order to be eligible to submit a proposal for funding. 
 
The Heart of Missouri United Way Education and Basic Needs (Safety Net) RFP will align with the targets identified through both impact area as well as the Boone Impact Group Taxonomy of Services.

Letter of Intent (LOI) 

The submission of  a Letter of Intent is required in order to be eligible to submit a proposal for funding.

LOI Opens – 11/14/17

BASIC NEEDS (SAFETY NET) – To complete and submit the Letter of Intent click: The ability to submit a Letter of Intent has closed.

RFP Opens - 12/11/17

The RFP has been released through Apricot, our grants management system. You will need to log in to your Apricot account to complete and submit a proposal.

Agency Proposal Presentations – February 2018

Basic Needs Agency Presentations - February 6, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  
Education Agency Presentations - February 7, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
 
(You will receive further information in January regarding your agency's scheduled time and details, guidelines and requirements surrounding presentation.)

 

Site Visits – February 15, 2018 - March 15, 2018

January 2018 all agencies who submitted a Letter of Intent were contacted by HMUW and scheduled for their site visits. 
 
Site visits will run from February 15, 2018 - March 15, 2018. If you need assistance with your scheduled site visit please contact the HMUW Community Impact team.
