At Heart of Missouri United Way, integrity is one of our core values, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, accountability, and ethical behavior. To support that commitment, we offer an independent Ethics Hotline so employees, volunteers, partners, and community members can safely report concerns.
This tool provides a secure, anonymous, and confidential way to share information about situations that may not align with our policies or values. Examples of issues that can be reported include:
- Misuse of funds or financial irregularities
- Conflicts of interest
- Questionable accounting or reporting practices
- Violations of organizational policies
- Unethical conduct by staff, volunteers, or representatives
- Concerns about workplace safety or inappropriate behavior
- Any situation where something “doesn’t seem right”
