Torchlighters

Torchlighter schools conduct early workplace campaigns which achieve specific measures of success.

To be a torchlighter, schools must meet the following criteria:
1.  Achieve employee campaign results of $1,000 or more.
2.  Submit employee campaign results by October 21.
3.  Plan and conduct employee campaigns which achieve at least two of the following benchmarks:

  • 70% of donors use payroll deduction
  • 10% increase in employee participation
  • 8% increase in total pledges
  • 80% of employees participating/pledging
  • 8% increase in average gift from employees
