Partner Agency Unlimited Opportunities' Building Destroyed By Fire

Unlimited Opportunities, a Heart of Missouri United Way agency in Boonville, Missouri, caught fire on the morning of Thursday, February 2nd.  No one was injured, though the building was completely destroyed by fire.

Unlimited Opportunities, a part of Boonslick Industries, Inc., promotes independence and empowerment through person-centered services for people living with disabilities.  The building was home to the administrative offices, an adult day program which provides work training opportunities, “Savvy Seconds” resale shop, and a recycling center.  The recycling center provides jobs and job training for over 40 men and women with disabilities and processes recycling from nine towns across the state.

Heart of Missouri United Way is committed to standing with our partner agency during this time of need.  We will continue to update our website with more information on how to support Unlimited Opportunities.
