2010-02-08 - HMUW application for 2011 Funding now available

The Heart of Missouri United Way (HMUW) works to improve lives and foster human dignity by mobilizing and coordinating the caring power of community resources in Mid-Missouri.  To that end, we are pleased to offer local non-profit human service agencies an opportunity to apply for Partner Agency status within the HMUW family in 2010.  United Way has a history of expecting our partners to adhere to and maintain the highest standards of accountability and transparency.  We owe it to our donors/investors to continue in that tradition.   There are many needs in our community and we seek to help meet those needs in the most efficient, effective, and collaborative ways possible.  So, while we cannot guarantee funding for new agencies this year, we welcome your application and the opportunity to evaluate partnership opportunities.  Thank you for all you do to help so many throughout our community.
